Fresh cheese made daily from carefully selected milk

The cheese is made from milk that is as close to raw milk as possible, making it very rich and milky. In Japan, it is not possible to make cheese from raw milk, so the cheese is made from carefully selected non-homogenized milk that is pasteurized at low temperatures.
